These Official Rules & Disclosures ("Official Rules") govern the specific Promotion identified below. These Official Rules supplement the Creator Rewards Universal Campaign Terms & Conditions.

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of both these Official Rules and the Universal Campaign Terms & Conditions.

In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and the Universal Campaign Terms & Conditions, these Official Rules govern solely with respect to this Promotion.

The Sponsor identified above is solely responsible for administering this Promotion, reviewing Submissions, approving Participants, selecting Winners (where applicable), funding Rewards, and fulfilling Rewards.

Creator Rewards is a technology platform operated by Shoppable Social, Inc.

Unless expressly identified above as the Sponsor, Shoppable Social is not the Sponsor of this Promotion.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Participation is open only to individuals who satisfy all eligibility requirements established by the Sponsor.

Unless otherwise stated, employees, officers, directors, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before approving any Reward.

Additional Challenge requirements established by the Sponsor shall be deemed incorporated into these Official Rules.

5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate:

  1. Register through the Creator Rewards platform.
  2. Complete the required Challenge.
  3. Publish or complete all required activities during the Promotion Period.
  4. Submit all required information before the submission deadline.
  5. Complete any required Verification.
  6. Receive Sponsor approval.

Completion of these steps does not guarantee qualification for a Reward.

6. REQUIRED ACTIONS

Participants may be required to complete one or more of the following:

7. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Each Submission must:

  • Be submitted before the submission deadline;
  • Satisfy all Challenge requirements;
  • Comply with the Universal Campaign Terms & Conditions;
  • Comply with applicable law;
  • Comply with applicable Social Platform policies;
  • Be truthful and accurate;
  • Be capable of verification.

The Sponsor may reject any Submission that fails to satisfy these requirements.

8. VERIFICATION

The Sponsor may verify participation using one or more methods including:

  • API verification;
  • Public content review;
  • Screenshots;
  • Metadata review;
  • Timestamp verification;
  • Identity verification;
  • Video verification;
  • Manual review;
  • AI-assisted review; or
  • Additional documentation reasonably requested by the Sponsor.

Verification may occur before or after the Promotion closes.

Approval is not automatic.

Failure to complete Verification may result in disqualification.

9. REVIEW PERIOD

Following the close of the Promotion, the Sponsor may conduct a Review Period for purposes including:

  • Verifying eligibility;
  • Reviewing Submissions;
  • Detecting fraud;
  • Confirming compliance;
  • Selecting Winners;
  • Resolving disputes;
  • Approving Rewards.

Only Participants satisfying the published qualification requirements shall be eligible for the applicable Reward.

12. WINNER SELECTION

Where this Promotion includes one or more Winners, the Sponsor shall select Winners using the method identified below.

Unless otherwise stated, all Sponsor decisions regarding Winner selection are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

If a selected Winner is determined to be ineligible, fails Verification, cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or otherwise fails to satisfy these Official Rules, the Sponsor may select an alternate Winner where permitted by law.

13. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential Winners will be notified using one or more of the following methods:

If a Winner fails to respond within the required period, the Sponsor may declare the Reward forfeited and select an alternate Winner where permitted by law.

14. REWARD FULFILLMENT

Rewards shall be fulfilled by the Sponsor following successful completion of:

  • Eligibility verification;
  • Submission approval;
  • Identity verification, where applicable;
  • Tax documentation, where applicable; and
  • Any additional requirements identified in these Official Rules.

The Sponsor is solely responsible for funding and fulfilling all Rewards.

15. TAXES

Participants are solely responsible for all taxes associated with any Reward received.

Where required by law, the Sponsor may require completion of tax documentation before issuing certain Rewards.

The Sponsor may report Reward values to governmental authorities where required by law.

16. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Reward constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Participant's:

  • Name;
  • Username;
  • Social media handle;
  • Photograph;
  • Video;
  • Voice;
  • Likeness;
  • Submission; and
  • Statements regarding the Promotion,

for advertising, marketing, publicity, editorial, historical, and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

17. CONTENT LICENSE

Participants retain ownership of original content they create.

By participating, Participants grant the Sponsor the license described in the Universal Campaign Terms & Conditions for purposes relating to the Promotion and the Sponsor's business.

Participants also grant Shoppable Social the limited operational license necessary to administer the Creator Rewards platform.

18. FRAUD PREVENTION

The Sponsor reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud or manipulation.

Without limitation, Participants may be disqualified for:

  • Fake accounts;
  • Artificial engagement;
  • Purchased followers;
  • Purchased views;
  • Purchased likes;
  • Purchased comments;
  • Purchased shares;
  • Engagement farms;
  • Automated activity;
  • False screenshots;
  • Metadata manipulation;
  • Identity fraud;
  • Referral fraud;
  • Duplicate accounts; or
  • Any other attempt to improperly obtain a Reward.

The Sponsor may require additional Verification whenever fraud is reasonably suspected.

19. SOCIAL PLATFORM DISCLOSURE

This Promotion is sponsored solely by the Sponsor identified in these Official Rules.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, this Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Meta Platforms, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitch, or any other Social Platform.

Participants understand that information submitted in connection with this Promotion is provided to the Sponsor and/or Shoppable Social and not to any Social Platform.

20. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel this Promotion if circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control affect the integrity, fairness, security, or proper administration of the Promotion.

Such circumstances may include fraud, cybersecurity incidents, technical failures, platform outages, natural disasters, government actions, venue changes, event cancellations, or other unforeseen events.

Where reasonably practicable, the Sponsor will communicate material changes to Participants.

21. GOVERNING DOCUMENTS

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of:

  • These Official Rules & Disclosures;
  • The Universal Campaign Terms & Conditions;
  • Any additional Promotion documents expressly incorporated by reference.

If any conflict exists between these Official Rules and the Universal Campaign Terms &Conditions, these Official Rules shall govern solely with respect to this Promotion.
